Southern Dunes is located in the Haines City area on US 27, on one of the more prestigious golf courses in Central Florida. Walt Disney World® Resort is located just a 30-35-minute drive away. There are many activities and facilities to enjoy at Southern Dunes, including its renowned golf course, clubhouse and bar, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball and a supermarket, which is conveniently open 24 hours a day.

Our Homes here have their very own private screened swimming pool and outdoor furniture to take advantage of. Inside the lounge area has a TV and DVD player – perfect for quiet family time on days away from the parks.

All our Southern Dunes properties feature a fully-equipped kitchen, which comprises a conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. There is separate dining room and there is always a supermarket open nearby for essential food items.
