Renovation

Pathumwan Princess Hotel is gradually renovating and updating its 462 rooms. As precaution to minimise any disturbance to guests, the hotel will allow a buffer above and below the renovating floor to ensure guests are not affected. Work is taking place from 10:00-18:00 daily. The first phase will finish September 2008 and the second phase 2009. It is expected that that all works should be done be 3rd or 4th quarter of 2009.

Elevator Construction

From the 5th of January 2009, the Pathumwan Princess Hotel will construct elevator doors inside the existing walls for quest elevators 5 and 6-one floor per day. All heavy work will be done between 10.00hrs and 18.00 hrs. The hotel expect to complete all heavy work by the 30th January 2009 at 18.00hrs. The normal floor renovation will be continue as usual.
